But a presence yes. If she doesn't get extremely fed early then she is useless beyond all belief. And who feeds riven early lets be real. She is easy to avoid

Based off of what? she has a great win rate in Plat+ and a fairly good pick rate with a higher than average ban rate

Off the fact that any competent top laner knows to just ward river, call mias, and not die to her early and thats gg for her. If she does not kill her lane opponnet she roams, if the top laner warded and called mia then she wasted her time trying to get a kill. Mid game comes around she loses to her opponent and falls off. Its simple actually haha.

Ehh she has a really strong early and mid game though. lol The juggernauts just need nerfs. All of her counters received massive buffs that made them way too overpowered.

But it's easy to avoid her early which hurts her mid game which in turns destroy her late game. A few wards and defensive play makes it easy for tanky top lanes to stall out without giving a kill.
