Please do not nerf this item just because ONE champion is abusing it somehow. It's stat-line has been fine for years, you just recently made changes to Leblanc and now she's building it. There is something wrong with LEBLANC that you need to fix. Like idk... multi/single-target oversights in her kit?

because they rent the oly abuseers. its situational on ahri, if you feel shes abusing it youre just missing an opportunity to win
