Tryndamere has a 57% win rate everywhere...

Rounded up. Highest in normals and in the top 5 for higher tier games. Tryndamere has always been an unhealthy champion, but it seems this patch has really pushed him over the edge. I'm sure it has something to do with the new guinsoo's, which seems to be broken on every melee and hybrid damage champ (ezreal, poppy, etc). So what are your thoughts? Is guinsoo's the issue, or is something else making him more broken than usual?

no, it's the synergy with crit heals. Same problem with yasuo.

Yasuo isn't a problem because his crits don't deal full damage and his kit is largely skillshot based. Yasuo also can't dash over walls like Tryndamere. He is MUCH less safe because he can't dash whenever he wants. There has to be an enemy he can dash to, or he can't do sh*t.

Partially true. Yas is weaker.

On a different note, look how close Dr. Mundo is in both top and jungle roles. For very different reasons, Mundo is insane too.

You didn't read my entire post. He can't just dash whenever he wants like Tryn. He NEEDS A TARGET. His mobility is situational at best.

I think it is the champion himself, no other champion has a kit that unfair to play against, especially when fed. His passive gives him 35% crit, his q heals him for a large amount, he has a gap closer, and then his w is an aoe slow. This already makes him deal large amounts of damage and capable of getting it off. Not to mention the worst thing about him is his 5 seconds of invincibility that his ult gives him. He is literally a nightmare. I think the champion could be toned down a lot, they should completely change his ultimate and passive and still consider reworking the other aspects of his kit.

As a Tryndamere main this just simply is not true. Tryndamere is a champion that Goes up and down based off of buffs and nerfs to items and the meta. One meta he is garbage. Another meta he rules. It is the way he is designed and he is balanced around that. The fact that Riot can nerf one item or mastery and it will return Tryndamere to his previous state proves he is balanced and just took advantage of something new in the game

A lot of people protect their freelo on the boards and I have been one of them, but he clearly needs a rework and I think the community would agree. A champion with a kit such as his is not fun to play against, and his kit doesn't really have rewards or punishment based on your skill. A challenger Tryndamere plays the champion the same as a gold Tryndamere, the only difference is one knows how to carry better. If the champion could get a change that removes the parts of him that are unnecessary and unfair to play against I think he could be truly balanced. With changes maybe Riot could fix what you explain as a constant change from out of meta into meta, although in my opinion he has always been a strong and unfair champion.

All of this is untrue. Especially saying a challenger trynd is the same as a gold trynd. Im high gold low plat area and i promise you if i went to bronze and played trynd I would have 40 kills and if I went to challenger I would get stomped. That is just a dumb thing to say. Just because a champion is simple doesn't mean "omg he's easy so anyone can play him and carry" or i would be challenger right now.

Mechanically they are the same if you actually read my comment, I said the only difference is one knows how to carry a game, that includes farming, roams, item builds, etc. Now if we look at a challenger vayne player vs a gold vayne there would be a million things different in how the play the champion mechanically.

I am gold 2
During hte season i had reached a peak of Plat 4 and stayed there for about a month, so yes I do vary between that. I didn't play ranked in season 4 but in season 3 when we had the elo system my elo was what would now be considered anywhere between gold 1 and plat 3
No mechanically they are not the same. Go watch a bronze 5 tryndamere play and then watch me play tryndamere. The mechanics are different. The same way they would be between me and a challenger trynd. Positioning, who to attack, using your spin over multiple walls at once, deciding if your W is better at the moment for AD reduction to keep you alive or the slow. Knowing the best time to Ult (which is not always when you reach no health), When do I use my heal and when do I keep low health so I can have max fury, who do I Bork and do i use bork on someone else to catch up to a carry if i cant get within range for the active. Also things like recognizing level advantages and where trynds power spikes are are all mechanics that a player has with the champion that would be different in different divisions. Some characters are easy to play but all characters are hard to master.

All you do with Tryndamere is E then W and then auto attack the person to death, and the only time to use your ult is when you are about to die, so please stop trying to point shit out like he is hard to play. I can say that Soraka is hard to play, or even Sona, doesn't mean its true.
