You don't need skins on all your smurfs =\ but yea no easy way on the PVP wins imo while the other quests will take a dedicated few hours to clear.

Although, if you were a true smurf, winning would be super easy.

Playing URF mode the games go faster

But URF is infuriating when your team is completely outclassed. You have to wait so long to surrender (yes sometimes you can come back) but in URF it is better/more fun to just end the game to move onto a better queue.
