How Viable is Skarner Top?

no so. but can work vs some melees. triforce into full tank. like irealia should eb the way to go

Rush Sheen. I used to play it in the seldom matchups he was viable in back in S3. Alot has changed since then but it's still the same general rush Sheen to deal insane early damage and hope you snowball off it.

Generally does better against people without tons of burst or consistent burst-like poke... which really leaves him with a small pool of people he can take.
