Make the auto-punishment (the one with chat filters) a lot harsher from levels 1 to 20
To prevent flaming smurfs, toxic people who ruin new player experience, etc. As a response to the guy whose brother just started playing.

Shikigami1 votesIn contrast, new players who don't understand what's acceptable and what's not will be too strictly punished, and will think this is some sort of Club Penguin V2, also ruining new player experience. Overall, this is a bad idea.
