Okay, so why should Riven and Riven only have animation cancel removed so she doesn't "faceroll" you when you play against her on Garen, and not be removed from everyone else, just Riven?
When Riven players "discovered" animation cancelling, mainly after Fakers performance with her on worlds. Riven was nerfed accordingly. Animation cancelling requires practice to pull off correctly and theres nothing wrong with it.

There are a lot of champions that use animation canceling, why target riven specifically? Like, have you ever seen machine gun cait? wqe double headshot cancel is enough to chunk like 3/4 of your health early.
