@Riot, we want answers on why duskblade is allowed to remain in its grossly overpowered state already. Its been like this since the mid-season lethality update. Please, its not fucking okay that duskblade is able to clear wards, give you ad and lethality, AND add 300 damage to your already-loaded assassin combo. You want assassins to have delayed burst? Then why the fuck is duskblade still like this?

There was even a point where built an old/removed item called Sword of the Divine that allowed all basic attacks to critically strike for 3 attacks.
I'd say to not let roles have [nearly] exclusive stats. It takes away from building what you want and essentially adhearing any and all gameplay to the meta.
Let marksmen build armor pen/lethality, let assassins (and mages) build critical strike, let caster supports build armor/MR, let tanks build fun active items.
