It won't but if a Cassiopeia gets a gank from her Elise jungler it would boost her kill potential with free Twin Fang resets. Elise's Q is a targetted ability so it will hardly ever miss unless you misclick.

Or they could be playing against an Ahri? Fizz? Ekko? Yasuo? A Zed who got fed by roaming? Plenty of counters to Cass tbh.

Cass is not freelo/OP or a safe pick, she's only "easy" given the right match-up - immobile mages - (not Cho'Gath) which are Xerath, Malzahar, Swain, Vel'Koz, Syndra etc.
