Stop using the "you dont have to play the game to balance it" GC quote with no context.

A: "riots balance team doesnt even play this game"

B: "you dont have to play the game to balance it" - ghostcrawler"

Okay? At no point in his entire career has GC ever said "i dont play this game even though im balancing it". He was simply making a pont. GC has never said "i dont play LoL and i balance it" so stop using this quote as an argument if you think riot's balance team doesn't play the game.
