Ryze's Flux spreading on every cast really needs to be nerfed
His E should not spread to champions without satisfying some condition.
Laning against him as melee or any ranged that needs to get close to the caster minions to CS is impossible, because you take an absolute fuckton of damage from his E + Q combo if you make any attempt to CS, and the cooldown is so low that there's no window of safety.
Especially if he reaches late game, trying to siege against him is ridiculous. If your ADC tries to attack the turret, he throws an E + Q on your caster minions and the ADC loses 80% of its health from the bounce.
Making it spread to minions is fine to help his wave clear, but spreading to champions without killing the minion is 100% not okay.
