given that she didn't get any nerfs to her numbers, it's clear that's what they want her to do currently, but the did weaken her kit across the board.

They didn't nerf Zoe, they gave her less range and trap radius on her E and compensated this with longer CC, as if her playstyle didn't already revolve around spamming E and then going for the oneshot Q once you hit the CC.
