If Ez builds item 3025. His Q no longer applies on-hits. That means this little bastard can still build item 3078 item 3100 You know why they don't in most circumstance? I mean, apart from the huge amount of armor. The price. Iceborn sits at a solid 2700g while lich bane and TF sit at 3200g, and 3800g respectively. In all reality either add my humorous little change, or just make Iceborn melee only....... That simple, right? RIGHT?!?!? Damn right it is.
