You let these cancers dominate the game for months before slightly nerfing them but as soon as 
becomes strong she gets nerfed immediately. She was also weak for months. Great favoritism again!

Most of the champs he's pointing out have indeed went multiple patches without balancing, and do generally ALSO have that 53-54% Win rate....
Also, Karma's win rates are going up because of Support/Mid AP builds, not IBG Top builds. IBG performance is 2-3% behind the AP builds.
The buffs far more affect AP builds than her IBG build.
