Will ww be perma pick/ban?

I am a ww main since s4, in platinum. I worry with the rework of ww will be broken and perma pick/ban, as is Camille at the moment. The e in particular seems too OP for a jungler, wasn't Alistar designed to be a jungler and turned out to be a concern because he could gank too efficiently with his dmg reduction -tanking turret- and CC? -so Riot nerfed his clear speed to ground and he became a support. What do you guys who tested him on PBE think? - I just hope he isn't broken so we can still play him in ranked.

It doesn't matter what he is when released, he will be banned permanently for the first week in ranked.
