How has Tristana been allowed to remain dominant for over an entire season?

i might be the one with the unpopular opinion but early season 7 was the best period ever in leagues history balance wise imo. Late season 6 tanks were annoying af, season 7 came and things were actually nice for once, payed the most enjoyable games in years during that period. ofc mid to late and the unforgetable ardent cencer incident happen and adcs were broken the most part (mainly Twitch).

In season 8 however all hell broke lose. Everything does stupid damage. Adcs tanks mages, it's litterarely league of oneshot at this point. Yes i wont deny adcs have had the upper hand for the most part but it's not only them. If anyone is kicking the bucket it's mele top laners.

Everything should be nerfed not just adcs, which is my argument here. I only nitpicked you saying that the problem lies in a handful of champs instead of league as a whole.
