how do i identify my win condition

this is something i hear a lot in how to improve. people say figure out the win condition and play around that. in flex and high elo, its easy since they make specific team comps. the problem is in solo queue, everyone plays who they want. even i almost always pick i bet if i can do this, i can get to silver finally after 2 years in ranked not counting post lcs s5 where i hit silver from 2/8 but then got hard stuck b4 after s6 placements. anyways how do i identiy a win condition for my team so i can use that to my advantage.

Which lane has the most experience/presence late game? is it a twitch/jhin or someone like an ezreal on your team? ezreal = don't camp while twitch/jhin can solo carry the entire game up until the last ~1 minute or so when the last fight happens. Same thing mid lane. Annie/talon/zed? don't bother camping unless they are being camped. If it was a diana i'd suggest coming at about 6 or so to capitalize on diana's engage ultimate and her E to pull them back in. That's a win condition strategy. Who do you gank for and who do you play around?
