It's too fucking strong. Wasn't that why you changed armor pen in the first place? This obviously isn't working and the buffs need reverted. I don't like talon but for fucks sake I'd rather deal with one buffed talon than the entire indirectly buffed marksmen class

maybe your just blind, plenty of people are complaining about 
ult and , they are abusing lethality like they did with armor pen but at a greater effect.

Rustling Bush1 votesarmor pen being changed into lethality was a buff for tanks and nerf for squishies. now its having the opposite effect where the lethality champion is snowballing so hard that tanks/fighters/ect aren't able to build armor fast enough to keep up and thus get steam rolled.
