@Riot Can we FINALLY buff Karthus's W now?

The changes to his W make is barely effective AT ALL even with the MR shred that's on it, and with both DFT AND Rylai's being nerfed to where they're barely any good on him, can we FINALLY buff his W?

My Proposed Changes:

Remove the Decay on the slow (AKA REVERT THIS NERF ALREADY)

Add the Grounded Debuff

This way, Karthus and Cass (the only other champ with the Grounded Debuff) both share a decent role, in the ability to shut down mobility creep, only Cass has her poison as sustained damage, and Karthus has his Ult and Isolation Q damage.

Yes, Karthus is SUPPOSED to be a late game monster with a rather weak early game, but this is ridiculous. His Wall isn't just stupid weak in the early game, it's weak in both the mid AND late game, and it needs a fix imho.
