About Lb's distortion nerfs.

As a leblanc main, I loved how the community realised her potential several months ago and her got the crown as one of the most played and loved Ap assasins in the game as she was rated almost unviable before that. But honestly, I really don't like your thoughts on the ideas that returnable blinks needs a cdr time. Even on Zed. Are you making all assasins Talons? (Sorry talon mains, but i love kamikaze tactics as well) I played ranked against a zed today and it was awful. I zhonya or qss, he stays and gets killed pitifully. I just don't get how on earth are you going to compensate for this. Are you making his shurikens nuke more? Or his E to multi hit alongside other shadows? You are basically telling us that youre planning to make gamble to make a even more painful champion or totally wreak its kit. How about Leblanc? I thought you said she was fine in patch 5.6 and not planning to touch her. This distortion nerf will be uncomparable damage towards her kit compared to zed. And I really doubt that you can balance it seeing the catastrophe you caused to ryze and veigar, syndra. the large issue is that her distortion is already targetable as said in other posts. Quite a lot of times you can get cross-countred by ahri's charm or xerath's stun or chogath's silence and I considered the timed straight line cc skillshot was a counter to her. (It really stops retarded trades from a amatuer lb player) Are you really implying that you are making her stand and take it? Even while farming which was her weakness and considering she is a squishy mage? I bet this change can even make Velkoz counter her. I just remember a match when a zed spawned on my W return point his shadow and blinked in time to kill me out . Apparently this will happen in every game from now. And if you played leblanc, you will notice that you take a lot of damage when you dive in. (RoA anyone eh?) Another fact that its very mana consuming. The basic tactic against leblanc is to get tons of mr runes and items stand in lane and ward your river. I play Malzahar against leblanc and she simply suffocates. The thing here that can compensate this change is making her a more nukier champion, or even returning her silence which is WAY more retarded than this nerf idea.

In my opinion I think the wisest choice is to nerf her ults cdr so she wont be able to use a free mana spell to farm without expecting a near coming fight which is quite crucial. This champion relys a lot on cdr since she inst a multi-kill champ that destroys fights alongside their towers and nexus in a blow. (Seeing her winrate proves that) And guys...just learn how to counter this damn champ especially if they picked it 1st. And it is even more unwise to pick mid 1st since its the most game changing lane. Take your responsibility. Pick malzahar, chogath or fizz, talon or ahri. It will make them suffer. A lot.

Also yeah, I thought riot made a comment that they won't be making a game of "chance" and promised it. Then what is with the passive buff of this champion. Alongside with your notes on 5.6 I think you need to keep your words as a company.
