Looking at all the true damage we have now, when are we going to have a tank meta?

Conqueror basically took over the tank meta, now bruisers are stronger than ever. Now ADCs are viable to take conqueror because the 3 seconds of 20% true damage just makes and do insane amounts of damage.

Riot just messed it up more by buffing every ADC and also giving them true damage without even having conqueror with the new . 15% true damage from your crits is basically a red buff that doesn't do damage overtime nor runs out.

, , and are super cheap and have an easy build path so you literally can't go wrong with those items because they aren't "Bonus" Armor Penetration anymore.

Don't get me wrong, fighting tanks back in the day was just miserable but all we needed was a change to the Armor Pen items and not allow every Bruiser/ADC take Conqueror and instantly counter them.
