MR / Magic pene needs a "middle spot"

Yeah MR doesn't feel right at the moment imho, because of the fact that it feels either overtuned, either totally useless. A mage fighting anyone getting item 3211 will not deal any damage, but once said mage gets item 3135, it doesn't matter how much MR the enemy bought, you will melt him in a matter of second (looking at Brand Cassiopeia mostly)

As I said, it really needs some changes, maybe change the values of MR and make it less strong, and get back item 3135 to only take ignore 35% of MR (or even nerf it down to 30%)

Ik it looks messy but I'm dizzy after drinking adult things and would probably have forgotten about it in the next few hours

I noticed this too, especially for burst mages, although item 3194 passive is still good against champions like Brand because he has no way of penetrating the unique passive.

I think mr and item 3135 was designed in a way where the person building magic resist is expected to be able to buy things like item 3194 in order to be on equal footing with the person who is building void staff.

But even then, item 3194 isn't useful against all mages.

item 3065 passive is another thing that can be used to overcome damage in general despite being penetrated but its so situational since not every champion or team can utilize it. (DrMundo Nasus Soraka Darius Maokai being the most prominent examples (okay maybe vlad too)
