When the character just gets banned every game by dickwads that have already finished them.
Addendum: I realize this might fit under player behavior, but it's still an issue in gameplay even if Kayn isn't getting banned for this specific reason.

But yeah calling the entire playerbase onto a specific champion is annoying.
