Can LeBlanc get a buff to her base AD for preseason since savagery is gone?

I'm not asking for more damage to bouncing sigils, just a little base AD buff to help her with her early last hitting. She seriously needs it rito :(

There should be the global buff of everyone getting +5 on hit vs minions to help last hitting

Or just practice your last hitting so that you don't have to rely on a crutch to help you through the laning phase. It's better for you in the long term too because last hitting is an essential skill that you need if you want to accumulate a lead on your lane opponent without having to kill them in lane.

I mean we've been last-hitting with savagery for years now so its gonna be pretty hard to cs after its gone due to muscle memory

Why would only LB receive the buff if savagery is gone for everyone else as well? I'd rather have them give her the mini rework they were talking about. She feels pretty bad to play since they gutted everything she had and left her with barely anything.
