Why does volibear exist?

His w does way too much damage for being a tank. I have seen volibears take away half of an adc's health with that bite. I suggest reducing the health scaling from 15% to 5%.

Volibear Face the STORM! One of the most balanced champs in the game... he, like any bruiser 1v1's very well... peel / kite or feel the consequences.

He is like Taric, shyvana, warwick and Udyr to binary and relies heavily on the power of their stats. Whenever their stats or items are out of whack expect these to abuse them. However I havent seen a Voli in ages so i dunno.

besides, if he dealt no damage with that kit of his, all he would have is his throw. You really think that would be fair when ranged carries can kite him for days?

Voli tends to build one damage item at least. Do you expect to survive melee range if you don't bother to build one defense item?

Meanwhile you have max health damage and or tanks that scale really well with ap doing ridiculous damage for being tanks.Ekko as a tank.Maokai .Malphite or Blitzcrank with some ap built.
