Unique Passive: Deals 30% increased damage to ranged champions. Active: Leashes the enemy champion to you for 3 seconds. The leashed champion can't move from ouside your autoattack range.
This is a good item to introduce on the assassin rework as it will make melee champions more relevant against ranged ones.

Yeah there should be another version for AP assassins, here's an original item:
Deathfire Grasp
3200g 100 AP Melee only
Unique passive: Spells against ranged champions have their damage and cc duration increased by 30%. Active: Root the targeted ranged champion for 3 seconds while also increasing all magic damage they take from you by 25%.
