Elo hell is a joke.

You are where you should be. Learn to carry and stop making excuses. Don't rage and you will improve winrate dramatically. People that claim elo hell are the same ppl that go support rengar. Or go 30 different champs because they are OP. And then lose and rage because they know nothing about damage, matchups or powerspikes. Learn the game study it and grow.

Silver 5 is elohell

Nope. I climbed out in like 5 games last season. Doubt I'll ranked anymore till preseason. But elo hell is just an excuse because you don't want to get better. Most ppl stop trying to learn in bronze so it correlates with them getting stuck there

you got out of bronze wow good job. lmfao. bronze isnt even elo hell.

you know nothing.

elo hell is your fiddlesticks with a platinum border in silver 2, going 0-9 in 14 minutes.

ofc it isnt real. if there are trolls they are MORE likely to be on the enemy team since you are not a troll. (4 teamates, 5 enemies) therefore if u r stuck ur the problem, not your team.

Elo hell is fake.

The claim that there are more trolls/afks etc in lower "elo hell" is true. There are just more people in that rank.

But every rank has those people.

Please tell me how to overcome the 6/20 yasou or my team running down mid one at a time into a 1v5 while I'm desperately trying to keep minions off bot and top towers.

Honestly some games just aren't able to be won or carried. More so in this season than any other I've played.

Is it ELO hell or just sad luck in matchmaking... i don't know. But it's extremely disheartening to hear nothing but "an ally has been slain" all game when you're doing everything possible to help them.

This type of assertion should be backed by data showing the climb and descent of the player base for season six.

Otherwise it just looks like people being rude.

I love when low ranked people spew out diamond ideology for upvotes. get real silver v.

not everyone plays adc or mid lane. or a god tier bruiser top.

Paladin 0f Life1 votes

Lol i wouldn't support in low elo till like s3. But to climb out of bronze you have to try to play some damage champs peeling for a useless adc with wrong mysteries and build is dumb.

either way, you just hit silver v, you know nothing. bronze is a joke yes, no one calls bronze elo hell.

Except like all bronze 5 and most bronze 1s. Plat 5 is apparently elo hell but that has more to do with a skill cap. I'm not good but im not dumb enough to think I'm better than where I'm at. And now you are just trolling because bronze is the referred elo hell.

Its half real imo.If elo hell isnt real why elo boosters and pros sometime lose games when theyre playing even in 3 tiers below their main elo when theyre obviously better than the other 9 players in the game. The more you play the more likely you are to get where you deserve to be but when it comes to a small number of games i think elo hell exists

Paladin 0f Life1 votes

Because not every game is winnable most pros stay at 55% winrate. The system isn't made for 2 games to determine elo. Sample size is everything. Need at least 30 games to gauge anything

So if you don't rage or troll your team has a 1/5 × 1/4= 5% higher chance of getting a bad teamate. While other team has 1/5=20% higher chance to get a troll. Statistically that means you should win 25% more of your games by just not being a dick. Assuming that there is 1 troll per team. So boom freelo by just not being a douche. Also if you are "good" then you win 60% of games. So if everyone wins 50%. Meaning you have "equal" teamates. Then you win. .5^5/5=.00625/ (.5^4*.6/5)=.8333*100=83.333% winrate if you are better otherwise you win 50% of games in your elo. So math that stuff and see that just by not contributing to the 20% you contribute to the team you can make a huge difference. This is not practical. But the point is you are just as much a problem as everyone else in a team game
