Why?

Cause he needs to hit his R from some range to do dmg and not just press QW and oneshot everyone instantly? he is still the same toxic champ he just takes a lil more to oneshot you atm.

Says the guy who plays a champ that can build close to full tank and burst squishies faster than fizz can, if they ever walk up to his pull range.

Just because you are terrible and cant kite a Darius doesnt mean darius is op. The fastest you can oneshot a squishy without getting an ult reset before the fight or having 5 stacks ready is 1.6 seconds with a fast combo that evolves a double auto reset and the auto Q animation cancel into ulti and another AA. Fizz presses Q W sometimes hits R too boo and he is immune to dmg for like 1 sec with his E which is 5.6 sec cd or something?

There is this magical summoner called.... wait for it.... summoner 21 Fizz ults and dashes onto you ... INSANE BURST... but... it's competely (well not completely but close enough) negated at least for the early lvls. By the time he's gotten the items to really do damage if you're playing AP you've built a zhonyas and can probably 100-0 fizz with your own full combo. He's so predictable and it really just feels like a stats check. Either he can ult +full combo + ignite... or he can't, with barrier he straight up can't so that's just a free win to me. He's melee so easily abused like hell till lvl 6, if he fails the all in then he's sushi.

the point isnt that he cant be beat. its the fact that he is easily top 5 most toxic champs in the game for years.

I think Fizz is really strong against certain team comps but is horrible against others (hard cc/peel). One thing that remains consistent though is his dominant leaning phase. He literally needs to only hit his ult (even at lvl 6) and you're dead. Not to mention it has what, an 80 second cooldown? Like I said earlier in some comps he doesn't even need to get fed to do a lot. I don't think Fizz is op right now because he has SOME weaknesses but the buffs were really unnecessary. I'd say he's maybe an s-tier pick and close to ban worthy.
