i really like using exhaust smite

feels super underrated and IMO it can be better than ignite if you're that kind of jungler ( )

yeah you lose a lot of mobility without flash, but you gain the ability to shut down one of their carries or enable teammates to catch up to them. If you're not someone who's absolutely reliant on its existence (i.e you've got decent mobility) i think it should be experimented with

personally I like to run it on - the first one because it helps him peel harder and the other two because it gives them a crazy strong edge in duels. I think it could work reasonably okay with really any tank jungler right now because come late game they've all got low cooldown mobility (barring but he'd probably use this well too)

I think Flash-necessities aside, this would have been more popular a pick. it's absurdly strong for forcing flashes and countering really bursty champs.
