You have to take into account that half those champions have less than a 1% pick rate. aside from adc.

Janna will always be best support I think, unlike nami/soraka/sona which heals can be countered with GW, GW does not effect shields, and her shield gives more DMG as well.
Ivern's pretty well-tuned atm, not surprised here. Who knew Brand support was that good? I thought Nami was a top tier, but I am wrong.
And the patch has also been out for less than a week, not to mention sample size issues.
That feel when Jhin doesn't level E at all because Q and W are plenty enough for waveclear.
Rammus doesn't actually do anything other than get a zz rot for top though. Also hardly anyone touches him. He really is not that strong at the moment when everyone is a slippery assassin as well.
