Vel'Koz now has true sight

I mean, this champ is a giant eye ffs. Carefully scanning the surrounding environment for signs of life. You would think he'd detect stealth champions too, right? I feel like eventually, Riot should add a champ who has true sight in their kit. It would add some counterplay (other than pink wards) to stealth champs. If this happened, his burst would obviously need to be toned down a little, but he would provide a much needed service in a meta filled with stealth champs.
