My top lane is 0-5-0 and I can't enter my entire top side jungle. I'm 4 levels behind.

This seriously needs to be fixed.

Because my top lane is being dumpstered so hard, the enemy jungle and top are camping out in my top side jungle. Despite having the same KA as the enemy jungle, I'm 4 levels behind because he's power farming both sides, while I'm limited to 1/4 of the map.

I can't keep vision of him and I can't safely invade, because he's not ganking and MIA 90% of the time. Even attempting to ward the entrances is risking death, because I'm so far behind, and the wards I do place are almost immediately cleared, because I can't contest anything.

An entire role should not become unplayable due to the performance of another lane.

He didn't magically get 4 levels over you. Maybe you're screwed now that he's 4 levels ahead, but there was time in there when you could have responded but didn't. Maybe you could have helped your top laner before he fell too far behind. Maybe you could have created advantages on the bottom side of the map where you were stronger. Then you'd be in a vertical jungling situation instead of a 1/4 of the jungle situation.

So... this needs to be fixed because you decided to let a lane get so far behind that you are now unable to enter that part of the map? Maybe either get advantages elsewhere or try and prevent your laner from falling that far behind to begin with? You don't just magically getv4 lvls behind ANYONE unless YOU royally screw up somewhere down the line
