Veigar overpowered after rework

cuz it's much easier to push early advantages now with the arrival of elemental dragons and rift herald, where Veigar is still weak

also if you play long range mages, you should not be getting hit by Veigar's spells while farming from a safe distance. You can also poke him down because his own range is pretty shit.

play AD champions mid, preferably assassins i.e. Zed, Talon

one last thing: Zhonyas his ulti. This is where taking cleanse is very useful, so that he cannot stun you then ulti you. The missile speed of his ultimate is quite slow and it's pretty obvious. Or if you cannot buy a Zhonyas get a GA to waste his ulti with.

Balance starts with this.....

His winrate is 44% in Diamond+ lol and it's not great lower either. You're just not exploiting his weak early or not dodging his stun.
