How much do Movespeed Q. Give

Are they the same or different about the amount they give on a champ?

Btw I run them mostly on Singed/ Blits and sometimes Thresh

It's a percentage buff on flat movement speed, so it's a little different for every champion. 3 quints is 4.5% or something isn't it? Times your flat movement speed by 104.5% and that's how much movement speed you'll have. I love them on Shen, make him feel much less clunky.
