PSA: Tahm Kench recieves a 50% cdr if he swallows an ally and times out without spitting them up

Not sure if this is a bug, but if you get swallowed by your team's tahm in your games, don't click out, let him spit you out to safety if the need arises, otherwise let him keep the lowered cool down to harass with the minion swallow or get you back out sooner.
