The only thing that made him seen as op champ is that he has been picked on Worlds, before that his win rate even after this Tiny buffs was ~50% and pickrate 2%. Wait till assassin rework, his hype will be gone.

And back to your Question I love playing him, they can revert those changes I was playing him before and I would play him after he got nerfs. Kennen is cool champion too.

I honestly only see Jayce played by Korean teams as far as competitive play goes and they are insane at playing him. I missed the last game of Rox vs Skt so I'm not sure how Jayce lost so bad to Poppy

I haven't heard or seen them yet. I do remember Jayce got a mana buff semi recently so he wasn't forced to buy tear.

Yeah his E has 40 mana cost on each level and earlier it has like 60 on first and 40 on 5th, such buff, wow.

I still build tear so I can spam ability combos =P. He you can cast 6 abilities in a matter of seconds thats the reason I think he is to strong. Only for those who can actually use his skills in combos instead of spam Q poke.

Tear is still reliable choice aspecially in hard matchups, I agree that he has fast, burst damage, but his win rate is fine just as pickrate, there are stronger champions, he is just annoying + people don't know how to play against him and meta is on his side. He will be less powerful after assassin rework you will see.

The mana buffs from 6.6 and 6.17, with the Q damage bump, and the damage ratio change on hammer stance's auto buff.

I'm personally a fan of Jayce being meta again, but I've always loved the champion. I also don't think I've seen anyone else complain either.

I like Kennen I thought he wasn't were he needed to be. Jayce his kit is to over whelming for me. Even when I play him which is rare its like wtf is all this power? Range cool Melee beatdown no problem hell I can even speed myself and team mates as well as my abilites.
