I like his new kit, except his Q is completely impossible to land. It's literally like landing the stun part of a leona ult.
Can we please make it targeted again? He was a lot better as a support when it was..

Heck, increasing the missile speed would probably help quite a bit.
...But don't expect it to ever be targeted again. Targeted bombs have to be weak bombs.
toonpang1 votesI'd prefer to see him get some small gimmick like "Rewind reduces active item cooldowns by 5 seconds".
Riot seems to like gimmicks nowadays, and managing active items like Righteous Glory and Frost Queen's Claim and Hextech Gunblade on Zilean while going very fast would be a hectic experience.
It would be thematic, too. I mean, he is a time mage. Right now though his kit is just a terrorist necromancer on rollerblades.
