If Illaoi misses E that means that you can all in her, but if lux misses Q, no problem, few secs later she'll throw it again. what's the cd on it anyway? i feel like it's 3-5 seconds. If you dodge her Q and try to chase her she'll just Q you again and her Q is also 100% kill potentinal because then she can do full combo.

i was teemo top, lux was support that roamed top and i thought that i outplayed her when i dodged her Q but nope. we both died but she should've been the only one cause i outplayed her and dodged her shit.

Her Q has a static 10 second cooldown btw and the lowest it can be with 40% cdr is 6 seconds.
That is plenty of time for you to do your thing.
