When she was first teased it seemed like she was gonna be a super cool, tons of options and mixups kinda champion. All I've really seen though is Zoe fishing for E's all game long and when they land she follows up with her nuclear bomb Q. Add in her ult for some mobility and that's kinda it. It feels like her W is just there so she can have a 4th ability tbh. Feels really outta place in her kit. Idk.

Oleandervine2 votesShe is a gimmick. Her only combo is E and Q with R mixed in, and variations on that. She tries to make extended Q shots, and that's pretty much all there is to her. Her spells literally have no versatility to them, because Q is useless without setting up the long shot, and the rest of her kit is irrelevant because all its there to do is set up Q.

If you go by that logic EVERY CHAMP is a gimmick, theres lots of ways to play zoe, and her abilites are pretty hard to land, shes far more mechanically advanced then say someone like syndra or malzhar, but she follows the same pattern of burst mage with some low CD dmg inbetween her combos
