Why does she have to sacrifice her health every time she heals someone? You give her this rework where you take away her ability to restore mana, and now she has to spend health just to heal someone. And in exchange for all these nerfs, you give her a root that's super easy to dodge. Soraka is complete garbage now. We want old Soraka back!
