Kitten of Evil2 votesUhhh... this would be worse than it sounds. You know why? Because his passive scales with BONUS movement speed. There's a soft cap on MS over 415, so anything past that is only worth 80% of its stated value. So if they increase his base MS he actually loses out.
EDIT: it's MS over 415, not 410.
