@Riot, why is Kayle being nerfed?

As a Kayle player since season 2, I can honestly say she's in a healthy spot. She doesn't scale well with any type of damage (AP or AD) at all, her cooldowns are very high and her mana costs are extremely high as well. All these things keep her in check. Kayle only succeeds when her enemies mess up and she's allowed to snowball. In fact, she's useless if she doesn't snowball. Yes she has armor and mr shred, but in the late game people are tanky enough that it becomes irrelevant. Her early game is especially weak, and because of this she doesn't get the chance to snowball very often. The pros are aware of this early game weakness, and this is the reason she's never picked competitively. Please don't make her worse than she already is. Thank you.

isnt her E always up when its lvl 4 or 5 ?

Her E is always up at 37.5% CDR. The cooldown is currently constant 16 seconds.

She's not a ranged top laner. She's hybrid range, and no one is complaining about her.

Riot fucked our AR and MR so ranged tops are more annoying now even worse when kayle can remove mr and hit you like true damage

She doesn’t scale well?????????? In what world does Kayle not scale well? She hits like a truck late game (as early as 3 items — give or take), pumping out all that DPS that reduces everyone’s MR/armor. Doesn’t matter if you’re a tank or a squish. She will end you if you don’t focus her in fights or shut her down early game.

A lot of champions with 3 items deal tons of damage. How is Kayle any different?
