Give all assassins the same base HP as Anivia

Champions like Fizz, Leblanc, Talon, etc. Whenever someone complains about them, you always defend them by saying they're "squishy". But in reality, they're not squishy at all. Champions like Yasuo, Anivia, Lux, and Ezreal are squishy. If you want to make the argument that assassins are "squishy" to justify their broken kits, their base HP should be lowered.

I just wanted to say it isn't one assassin by itself that bothers me. But when you get stuff like Rengar, Fizz, Talon, Akali, etc (insert assassin) top, an assassin mid, and an assassin in the jungler, the combined burst is just too much to handle. You survived Rengar's burst? Well you still have the Akali top and Talon mid to deal with.
