Jungling from behind is quite literally impossible. There needs to be some sort of catch up mechanic

It would be great if absolutely anything could be done to improve this garbage.

If one jungler gets just a couple of kills, it snowballs out of control with no way for the opponent to catch up. Their advantage makes them unfightable, which allows them to invade and steal most of your camps, and more or less guarantees you lose any attempt at counter-ganking. At the same time, you quickly fall behind the solo lanes in EXP if you aren't getting kills, which makes it very hard to gank.

The end result is that once you're behind, you stay behind with no way to catch up. Even if you power farm to try to close the gap and the enemy jungle does nothing with their advantage, you have no way to catch up, because the jungle baseline is to be behind everyone else.

I just had a game as Kindred where my solo lanes were all pushed to the enemy turret 24/7 and feeding the enemy jungle. Despite being up 40 CS and having stolen most of their buffs, I was still behind a solid 2-3 levels and thousands of gold.

The role shouldn't have remained in this state for so long.
