Does Renekton objectively need a buff?

49.2% win rate and a 5% pick rate in top lane. When he goes ignite his win rate spikes to 51+% while his TP winrate is awful.

Ignite renekton already has ridiculous kill pressure in lane, so why does renekton need more? Is ignite going to rightfully get nerfed?

Have you considered that one of his absolute worst matchups involves a champion whose win rate is above 54% (sion) because he got massively overbuffed, and that can be skewing renekton's win rate?

They want to go back to Renekton being a dominant top laner in pro play which means ofc he'll be even more dominant in solo queue which could be argued as a good thing or a bad thing.
