Yet another runic echos nerf. Because it was dealing too much damage and this is league of sated rageblade so no other champions will succeed. Ap should just be removed from the game at this point

It makes me kind of sad that AP junglers are getting swept under the rug by junglers who were supposed to build other items (Amumu item 1401 ,Udyr item 1403 ), are abusing their item, and thus the item gets nerfed and not the champions, and AP jungler items were also getting abused by monstrosities such as item 1414 Ezreal .
