There are 2 types of people when it comes to URF: The sane type and the delirious type

So i noticed this a lot while playing with friends and in normal games. Its actually kind of funny.

The sane people:

  • Pretty much don't spam their abilities consistently, they just wait until its time to fight
  • Fail to poke and harass -_-
  • FORGET TO TP TO LANE
  • Can't press their buttons fast enough
  • Forget the fact that all their abilities are up after like 2 seconds
  • ACTUALLY RECALL?

Then there is the delirious people: >:D (A.K.A. the insane type)

  • Spam the hell out of everything even when they are not fighting
  • Face roll the keyboard
  • Press the buttons so fast to the point no one can even process what is going on
  • Go kill hungry and literally do everything possible to achieve the kill
  • Take unnecessary measures
  • The definition of going HAM

Which one are you? :P

A bit of both really.

Sane: Pretty much don't spam their abilities consistently, just wait until its time to fight (unless mobility spells, then LOLOLOL) Forget the fact that all their abilities are up after like 2 seconds (sometimes. I don't use skills to cs as much as I should) ACTUALLY RECALL? (YES, SO I CAN TP BACK TO LANE)

Delirious: Face roll the keyboard (QWEWRQEWEQWEWQER) Go kill hungry and literally do everything possible to achieve the kill (thats the fun of urf!) Take unnecessary measures The definition of going HAM

In URF, I cs champions.

I never see anyone like either of these, except that one guy I invited to play urf for the first time

also recalling is good since you have a 60 second teleport. push your lane a bit, recall, buy something, TP back. why stick around at half health?

You missed the people in between. The ones having fun.

They spam abilities and poke. They'll chase you across the map for the hell of it or a kill and laugh it off when they get caught. TP'ing all over the place Forget to buy boots because the MS boost makes you feel like you have it already. But homeguard tp op.

I seem to walk the line between sanity and delirium, according to this.

I do it all, per what fits the situation.

•"Pretty much don't spam their abilities consistently, they just wait until its time to fight" What's the point of doing otherwise? •"FORGET TO TP TO LANE" But only in the beginning of the game, when I feel that I don't need to yet •"ACTUALLY RECALL?" Yeah, because dying is the best cc and I don't like being cc'ed •"Press the buttons so fast to the point no one can even process what is going on" No one knows what's going on anyway •"Face roll the keyboard" Isn't that how you normally play? •"Take unnecessary measures" Definitely as Poppy •"The definition of going HAM" Definitely as Poppy

Sooooooooo.......am I insanely sane or sanely insane?

JarvanIV Some much roaming around the map and dunking people. I even started rushing item 3268 afteritem 3074 so my teleport would be back after I recalled.

Personally a bit between the two, but do enjoy when I, or others, go full insane.

those are the 2 extremes, but I am a mixture of the two, I:

  • Forget the fact that all their abilities are up after like 2 seconds (only for the first few minutes of a match).
  • ACTUALLY RECALL? (but only after killing my lane opponent twice when I have TP back up).

But also:

  • Spam the hell out of everything even when they are not fighting.
  • Face roll the keyboard (No joke I tried this out and got a double kill with Ryze, I couldn't even see it happen).
  • Press the buttons so fast to the point no one can even process what is going on (I started canceling all my animations too quickly and had to take a second to tell myself to slow down).
  • The definition of going HAM (What's this? A Teemo alone in lane? FlashQWEREWQWQE "You have slain an enemy!" What's this? A Teemo and a jinx under turret? 6 ITEM FACEROLL RYZE TO THE RESCUE! TeleportFlashQWEREQWEQQWE "Double kill!")

I'm a bit of both really. Sometimes I forget I'm playing URF and start going about it like a regular game. Then I realize that my Q is already back off CD and I'm like "Oh yeah..." -faceroll-

I literally found a third type: The drunk and high ones.

They're the ones who go into a brush which I clearly warded because the enemy had a Blitz/Shaco in it and they just kept walking into it, TPing back and giving Shaco/Blitz 5 kills before minions spawn while going "LOL WHAT THERE'S NOTHING IN THIS BRUSH LOL!" followed by "URF MODE LOL!"

... argh...

I play AD Malzahar a lot, so the first 3 of insane automatically apply to me. I'm not kill hungry though (I never actively poke/focus people, they kinda just die from my crossfire) and I do recall quickly if I need to buy items after pushing hard enough. Am I balanced then?

I'm the guy who always plays the 10 op champs...........................

Jk.... I either spam random or pick someone I've never played once yet. Or if I did bad on that one champ in the game I play him/her again

Especially when you have to stack that tear fast.

I play rumble and use every skill when it is up. They are up like every second and his ult is up every 15.
