It's 2017, can we finally stop allowing duoing in ranked?

Pretty consistently encountering duo queues of people trying to 'carry' their friends, and the friend basically just feeding all game. Sometimes both feed all game.

There's no reason for this to continue to be allowed. Let them play flex queue.
