Is the Nunu Blood Boil changes much different from the issue we faced with Ardent?

Yeah, and its not like we have huge amounts of AP. Most champions only get 500 or so nowadays unless they build 0 defense and only build 100+AP items. They even have to give up CDR to hit that amount of AP. And nunu can only do it to one champion at a time, so it makes him an auxiliary support specific to AP.
