Has anyone else noticed that at all? 'Cause the only scenario I see that working in is against a promoted minion.

They execute minions below 25 health after the damage is dealt.

That's like double the damage against low-health minions early-game!

It executes after the star hits. if the minion is at 45, gets hit for 25, its immediately killed.

Its to be easier for you to kill minions early.

I noticed this at level 1 and was confused.

Because at level 1 my passive did 25 damage anyways?

I probably just don't understand it or something.
